COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques DXM-6300W parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-o-mation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Daedal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Crs-Robotics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-o-mation such as the D1085B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Starrett manufactured by Daedal and we are pleased to be able to service most Daedal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C500C by Manufacturer Crs-Robotics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand 6161AS5296 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Copley-Controls such as 536AC equipment made by Copley-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Copley-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Copley-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ECN1824CCE made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular KD3400Y original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPM1143 by Custom-Servo-Motors-Inc. and 536AC spares by Copley-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPA05460112 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Custom-Servo-Motors. |
